E-Mail Registration Form
This form is intended for a member, non-members need to use the Non-Member registration form.

By filling this form out you are asking to be added the e-mail list for both the union and the training trust. This e-mail list will be used to distribute notices and information that you would normally get in the regular mail. If you select yes to 'I want my Union communications by E-mail only', your name will be removed from the union Snail Mail list and save the union as much as $1.20 per member per mailing. You can at anytime have your name added back to the Snail Mail list by changing your registration information. Signing up, even if you don't choose the e-mail only option will afford you extra notifications that are not mailed out. All the items in RED are required.
